Come to the GRAMMY Camp New York Launch Party

If you're near New York, are free Sunday night, and don't make it a point to come to the GRAMMY Camp New York Launch Party, it's safe to say you will be missing out on an awe inspiring night. GRAMMY Camp, recently featured in the Wall Street Journal, is a week long experience for high school students to work with industry professionals, learn new skills, and get a taste for the ins and outs of the "real world" of the industry. The talented students study everything from songwriting to audio and video production and collaborate with students from with various professional interests to create multi-faceted projects.

The week will culminate with a Launch Party featuring presentations and performances of the songs, business plans, videos, and other projects they have created during the week. I have spent the week working with the camp and have had the opportunity to get to know the students, hear a bit about their ideas, and see them perform and I have truly been amazed by the level of talent, knowledge, and creativity. So, if you can make it to the Launch Party, I feel confident in saying you will be in for nothing short of an incredible night.
